the smell of a fire in a fireplace while taking a walk

There are so many things to be happy about!!!

Back to School

I am a NERD.

I could buy cartfuls of notebooks, pens, paper, glue sticks and my fav... fresh never opened crayons!

My girls are too old for crayons to be on thier list, so sad.

I hoard them, I don't share well. I admit that.

The second best part of back to school is new socks and panties!!

Admit it, don't you love to see new socks and panties all folded and tidy right before they get shoved somewhere in your kids room?

Here I go, into the scary world of Back to School shopping.

Liz's B-Day Party

Last night was the big party!

I hope that she had a great time, I think she did!!

The beginning of the party they had a huge water fight with sqirt guns and balloons, too wet.

WOW, have I had time to finish a thought and think a little so far this week.

With Jessica on her own, Cat at work, Liz and Sarah at camp, and Brad at work it is

well...

wierd.

Too quiet.

So the really great plan was left to the side of the road.

Nick got so excited to propose to Jess that RIGHT after he bought the ring he came over to our house, walked in the door, got down on one knee, and said " Jessica Evan Harris, will you marry me?"

Surprised the pants off her!! It was great!!
